1. Packages are valid for a 12month period from date of purchase
2. Packages can be redeemed for participation in gym/pilates and fitness classes; treatments and clinic merchandise. WHL does not encourage unnecessary treatment or that which provides no therapeutic benefit, our goal is to assist wellness.
3. The balance of packages can be refunded during the 12 month period upon request by the client
4. With the purchase of tiered packages come discounts for purchase of clinic merchandise which will apply until the package has been fully redeemed.
   1. Infinite Essentials – package up to $200 discount 10%
   2. Infinite Enthusiast – package $201-$600 discount 15%
   3. Infinite Elite – package $601+ discount 20%
5. Packages can be transferable to other family members
6. WHL reserves the right to draw from the available package, payment owing for outstanding invoices, missed appointments and cancellation fees. 
7. WHL reserves the right to vary the conditions of packages. However, we will always try to do this in a way that is fair by giving you an opportunity to cancel your package if you do not agree to the changes.
